This innovative and amazingly fun way to practice Yoga\Pilates, involves the use of a fabric swing supporting your body thus allowing a greater lengthening of the spine and muscles, using your own body weight with the aid of gravity. This gets the heart pumping and you improve strength, flexibility and postural alignment whilst sculpting and defining muscle tone.
