Service Description

Aerial yoga is an innovative and amazingly fun way to practice yoga/pilates that involves the use of a fabric swing to support your body. The support of the swing allows a greater lengthening of the spine and muscles, using your own body weight with the aid of gravity. This gets the heart pumping and you improve strength, flexibility, and postural alignment whilst sculpting and defining muscle tone.
