Flame Wellness Studio has been growing for over 28 years, beginning with Siobhan Rosenberg’s journey into health and wellbeing while pregnant with her first child and training as a sports therapist.
Since then, Siobhan has continued to learn and evolve, gaining qualifications in Indian head massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, visceral manipulation, dry needling, KCR (Kinetic Chain Release), Iyengar yoga, aerial yoga, and specialist yoga for pregnancy.
These days, her classes bring all of that experience together in a way that feels natural, supportive, and accessible. You’ll find a mix of aerial yoga, mat-based yoga, Pilates, and Barre, often blending flowing movement, gentle strength work, self-massage, and relaxation. No two classes are ever exactly the same, and there’s always time to slow down and reset at the end.
We’re also really excited to be welcoming new teachers and therapists into the studio, bringing fresh energy and new ideas, while keeping the same friendly and supportive atmosphere at the heart of everything we do.
Our classes are for everyone, whether you’re completely new or have been practicing for years. With small class sizes (maximum of 10), we can get to know you and support you properly, making sure you feel comfortable and looked after.
More than anything, Flame Wellness Studio is about creating a space where you can show up as you are, take a breath, and feel part of something.
